We offer items from all major brands for newborns and children, including diapers, baby clothing, infant accessories, gear (strollers, high chairs, carriers, walkers & rockers), nursery furniture, footwear, toys, and diaper bags. We also stock goods from some of the country's top imports and indigenous producers. Before they are supplied, the goods are thoroughly inspected by our QA staff.

5How do I confirm that my order has been processed?

After checking out during payment, you will get confirmation that your payment was completed correctly. You will also get an email to your registered email address confirming your purchase.

6How do I check my order status?

We will ship your package within 12 hours of receiving the order.

8What happens if an item is sold out?

We do our best to keep all items in stock. But there can be instances when unforeseen demand exceeds our capacity. If the product you choose is out of stock, we will let you know at the time of checkout. If your purchase has been approved, but we cannot send it for whatever reason, we will let you know within 12 hours and refund your money within one working day using the same payment method. A tag indicating that an item is temporarily out of stock may be shown next to certain routinely replenished products.

9Are there any additional hidden charges, such as an entry tax?

The total price will be shown during the checkout process. Our costs are all-inclusive, so you won't have to pay anything more.

10How are the products packaged?

Each product is wrapped safely before being placed inside a bag. The bag is properly packaged to ensure secure delivery to your home.

11How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

The delivery period for all locations our riders cover is one business day.

12What happens if I'm not around when the delivery is made?

Our delivery riders will make three attempts to deliver the item before returning it to our shop. Please include your cell phone number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.
