Nila Baby Shop Utawala HQ ni mahali pa kipekee , the kind of place that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. Huduma kwa wateja? Bomba kabisa! The team is always warm, helpful, and on those hot sunny days… kuna soda baridi ready for you. How thoughtful is that? From diapers to tiny cute outfits, toys to baby gear , kila kitu unachohitaji kwa mtoto wako kiko hapa, everything is under one roof. Honestly, Nila isn’t just a baby shop , ni experience.
I would never go back. The place is too expensive compared to other shops and they're also thieves. Charged my card twice and refused to give me a refund even after showing them my statement.
Professionalism at its best. This place does justice to the name "baby shop", especially how the team baby's you. Finding it was super easy, it's on Eastern Bypass road, Utawala, next to the G.S.U. Camp, you can't miss it. Kukaribishwa I got a soda which I felt made me more comfortable before I begun shopping. Nakwambia ile kupanga wamepanga, I planned to be in and out in 10 minutes, but everything was so inviting I stayed for an hour. It also struck me as an unusual thing to see a separate washroom for kids, but when I got inside I definitely got to see why and that is such an amazing considerate gesture ❤️ Will be back pretty soon, and more soda next time. Wow!!! Definitely coming back over and over again!! The reception was so nice and the soda has a really nice way of making you feel even more at home. It's the one and only place to recommend for everything you need when getting ready for a baby. And not just the baby, products, did you know they have a maternity wear segment too?? Their products are meticulously organized, the staff takes their time with you, the ambience is relaxing, and the after sales service on following up afterwards is simply outstanding. The thing that expressed the most caring keenness is how well and clean they keep the place. Kurudi ni lazima!!! 😉
My experience was nothing short of excellent. The easy access makes it a very simple place to find, and the inside is waaaay better. I loved the wide variety available and how unique they are. Their newest location opposite Astrol Petrol Station has a much better design to it as compared to the last. Their reception is quite warms and the staff takes great care to get you what you need and not just what you want. Kwa kweli, Nila Baby Shop really put their best foot forward.
I really love the attention to detail and how swift this entire place is, the team included. Being a new mum, I needed a lot of information and time is also an issue. However, they're open at night and they're just as good as I had heard. Also, who comes up with an idea for kids to have their own washroom? Now that's a nice idea 👍. Pia, the ladies washroom has a shower!! I almost took a quick one 😂. Thank you so much for the bottle of water and I appreciate Njeri's services. She was patient and kind, akanionyesha everything I needed. Definitely coming back here ☺️
Hapa ni binguni!! They're so warm and caring that you almost don't want to leave 😭. I've had to visit many places before on earlier attempts shopping for a baby, but huku, it's everything you need in one bunch. The varieties are so vast, including mtumba which is of great quality na the price is really friendly. At first, I thought the whole free soda offer was a ruse, but kumbe ni ukweli. Most definitely a 5 star experience!! Nila Baby Shop has the most pleasing and convenient setting for any mum (expecting or new) to get everything you need. The staff is so warm and welcoming, you just wind up feeling at home. Don't even get me started on how nice a touch the free sodas are. I bought chest of drawers here and paid in full. I was assured of delivery the next day but this was a lie. I had to wait three days for delivery. Eventually the rider delivered at night an incomplete set. Now am back to calling and getting ignored to get my items delivered in full. I would not recommend. Work on your customer service and communication… also do not lie to your customers. Am so disappointed by the service i received. Until now am still waiting for all my items. Do better
A nice shop for baby stuff. They sell packages for a good price. But often, items included in the package are no longer available. Then they offer a replacement item which is cheaper.

This one was an amazing experience. At the entrance, reception was very warm and they offered Soda plus water simply as a welcome. Getting in, the arrangement is very inviting and organised. Makes it super easy to shop and I had a sales attendant helping me know what I need to get. Without a doubt this was the smoothest shopping I've ever done.
